Business Partners: Exhibitor booth space for the 2026 Conference is sold out. Business Partners may not register through this form. To participate, current business partner members are encouraged to explore available sponsorship opportunities, which provide valuable visibility and access throughout the event.

Important Registration Notes
Hotel assignments are made based on preference but availability cannot be guaranteed. Double occupancy requires roommate name – housing requests will not be processed without it. Spouse/Guest add-ons are only available with single occupancy packages. Conference badges must be worn for all sessions, events, and exhibit show access.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or adjustments made after September 12, 2026 will not be refunded. All reservations are guaranteed. Purchase orders or payment must be received prior to the conference. All cancellations or adjustments made prior to September 12 must be submitted via email to sfmi@nyssfa.com.
